Surprised that Chance Adams wasn't a September callup.

Yankees manager Joe Girardi was quoted when referring to the halt on Adams call up, “Comes down to command, using all his pitches, using his third pitch, that sort of thing,”. How he isn’t “ready yet” is baffling considering his numbers say otherwise.

Chance Adams, in only two seasons in the minors has a record of 31-7 with a 2.33 era, 324 strikeouts in 66 games with an astonishing 81% winning percentage.
