Gallant Brands is a private company that now owns the Soupman brand. Private companies can't file 8K's

And yes, the rules definitely seem to have been broken. The OTC is littered full of companies that have abandoned their reporting duties, (10K, 10Q, 8K etc.) eventually the SEC catches up to them.

When was the last time anyone at SOUPQ headquarters answered the phone? Is the phone still in service or has it been disconnected? It wouldn't be the first time in OTC history that company officers jumped ship leaving the ticker twisting in the wind.

SOUPQ already has the "Stop" sign attached to it, next phase could be SEC revoking the registration, suspension, or halt.
