Perhaps but I have a very large block of UATG so a RS would benefit me depending on the ratio of course. The OS and float are too large for penny stock holders. They are never going to be patient and let this stock get above a few pennies. A multi million dollar contract would not help either. Just look at the trading history. Every time any of these investors sees an opportunity to make even the smallest profit they sell rather than hold. If you look at the trading history there will be alot of resistance below 0.15 cents because that is where almost all the big volume took place over the past 12-14 months. If the company is going to trade healthy and uplist they will need to either do a buyback (which would reduce company capital) or RS along with generating 7-8 figures in revenue before up listing. I am not saying it can not be done without a RS but that it is going to take a very long time without it. Unless of course Mr. Umbra has a merger on the horizon. Anyone see it differently please let me know because I could use some good news.
