The overall health of the company is getting better and better and the shares are being sold at a huge discount.

We know that their revenue is consistent at around 6.5 mil per Quarter, that over 2 million per month! Show me another company that has that kind of revenue at these levels in OTC? And that was before Big Red Acquisitions and the purchase of additional trucks and trailers.

The debt is reducing either by selling parts of the company or by diluting, BUT its reducing! and as someone mentioned before most of the notes are not transferable under 0.02 so it seems to me after this is all said and done thats where we should be heading very soon!
