1 thing is for sure, the SEC takes its sweet time regardless of what happens. It likely saw the 12,000% spike and was like WTF is going on here and sent them a nasty letter to get their FINS updated. I just hate the fact their response to it all was "oh well, we don't have people to do this and don't expect it to get done"...I mean, I know they've been busy doing real work, but they're still a publicly trade company ffs!!! They need to get this sht straight if we ever want the price to go where it should've been already if not for the issues with the fins.
