NP Bubb. There seems to be a lot of shares issued by Rosenberg for investments that likely won't be realized for years (if at all).

The recent private placement pricing makes no sense (see last post to Les) and investing millions $$$ in an app and domains that will have no return in the immediate future, when they could've been up and running with a license that they've been dangling at a fraction of the cost is puzzling!

Even if they do eventually come through with a license, it seems the millions invested in the domains and apps would've been better utilized by investing in cultivation, and may end up hindering growth without issuing significantly more shares.
