Thanks CashBowski - sure would appreciate your opinion.

I've been way too busy to dig deeper into the latest report, but took a brief look late last night and found a private placement subscription documentation package.

There's no restrictions or triggers and seems like a straight forward PP with warrants that's been ongoing for the past year -- although dates and numbers would be extended and updated, but at least we have the basis of the structure of the sale. I need to take a closer look when I have some time...it was way too late last night and my brain was already swimming in numbers :)
