Raging Capital owns close to 20% of RTK stock.
1) They paid over $2 a share for 3.7 million shares in December/January.
2) Then they bought 700K shares around $0.75 in March 2017.
3) So they have more than 4.4 million shares with avg pps of around $1.75.

Will they buy more at this pps?
