Yes it is somewhat in the nature of undeveloped real estate. There are zoning (regulatory) and financing obstacles to overcome. Definitely not a safe divvy REIT at this point.
Some might think the wait on Anavex is taxing. OMG! Not! It is rapid. Compare it to the process of developing real estate from before the time there is water, sewer and power.
If you want a big ranch take a risk. If you want to play it safe buy what you are comfortable with as much less risky.

The main thing is enjoy your life.
I know a lot of us here know this but it is incumbent on us to say for the younger "If one wakes in the middle of the night in cold sweats from chasing a cadre through the jungle" Stop it Stop it!

We can do this thing. We can do it well. There is risk. We see them clearly. Our CEO is dedicated to managing the risks of
