Although this was quite long, ... I believed the process ahead was an important one to present to the folks' ...

In My Own Opinion and Conclusions, ... We' ... will begin to see the WaMu / WMIIC / WMI / WMIH-Corp ... PROCESS ... begin as the FDIC is now unrestricted to move forward, ... Now, that BOTH of the needed "Settlements" have come to a completion' ...

On the 29th, ... WMIH-Corp will pay the remaining PIK Notes owed' ... "due to the fact" ... that WMIH-Corp, as well as all of us' ... will benefit from this process' ...

WMI (now, reorganized into WMIH-Corp) ... OWNS' ... 100% of the "Equity Interest" in WMIIC
