“Marcus Frasier published incorrect numbers, lured us into this investment, and now refuses to share basic information with the co-owners of IDLM as he greedily grabs all of the profits for himself. It is a pathetic shirking of responsibility”

They were not just incorrect, he essentially was embezzling money towards his personal accounts rather than company accounts.
