Looking forward, rather than backwards, my three main hopes are:
a) as Marcus Frasier gets older he will grow to understand his responsibilities as CEO of a public corporation
b) someone will sue him to force transparency
c) he will sell the company
These are all long shots. I'm not saying any of the three is definite.
There are other options, such as Frasier deciding to buy out our shares. If he does so, it behooves us to have as high a price here as possible. So, I like seeing the jump in price here and hope it lasts.
Funny thing is that Frasier is so pro business and so strongly Republican, and yet he violates every precept of responsible business practices that conservatism should stand for. Marcus Frasier published incorrect numbers, lured us into this investment, and now refuses to share basic information with the co-owners of IDLM as he greedily grabs all of the profits for himself. It is a pathetic shirking of responsibility, and I hope that one day he realizes what he has done and steps up to become a normal CEO. Or that someone forces him to step up to his responsibilities.
I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
