It is their legal obligation to share material information They totally hid the fact that Wade is married to the officer and director and that he controlled Novus. I hope he gets sent to prison and that they force him to give back the money he stole.

I believe the SEC will shut this baby down - it's just a question of when.

The inventory is "speculation"? LMAO! There was NO INVENTORY and NO PLANTS as assets on 7/31. What fraud!
