Yep, if soup would have laid down and been taken over longs shares and W/C's shares would have remained unscathed.

Question is, what did Jamieson Karson and Ronald Crane gain from all this? What did they personally gain by bucking the tide? Did they get a piece of that $4.7M? What (if anything) did SOUPQ longs get?
