New management will have to clean the slate they can't let their new venture sit with Billions of shares and bagholders with 3,4,5 + hundreds of millions of shares purchased at a dismal .0001 so the only way to clean the slate is a RS probably in the area of 500-1000 to 1 just to give it any value at all and they are not even close to filing yet so this is going nowhere any time soon IMO Maybe 2020 should be a long term investors target here in the stinky pinkies LOL! IMO
