From my brief phone call I gathered that getting current has become a top priority. They really didn't expect the approval to come through so soon. They really are more interested in their work than anything else and that's why they lost focus on the stock. But now that they are on everyone's radar it's almost like they need to get a whole admin team, fortunately they have a good lawyer.
