Something that has always concerned me and I know it has been mentioned on this board in the past. If Apple thought that BMG would be used extensively in the future, why not save themselves a boat load of trouble down the road and just purchase the company outright? If the material did not live up to its reputation in the future no big deal for the world's largest company. A few hundred million, or even one billion, would be like spitting in the ocean for Apple.
