Issuing 1.3 million shares to get some dough is acceptable to me if the money goes to the right place..i have(had), another stock where management issued and started selling 80 million shares on a 22 cent stock just to put all that cash in their pockets while shareholders are getting crushed...sick.

For the little things this company does I seem convinced I can trust them..i am in at .11 but wonder if I should get more at the 7's ...if the seller of your big block of shares won't let them go below 7 then makes sense??
