I'm glad as are all shareholders that Coretec was formed as a company to market the new silicone based Inventions created at NDSU under Phil Boudjouk starting a new company that would one day take over the rights to another technology from another company called C-Space technology and incorporate it into their list of patented technologies. The company that invented C-Space is no longer around as it was put to rest and no longer a functioning company nor or trading publically . But that's business in the world of technology were its very common for one company like in this case Coretec to take over another companys technology as it has in C-Space and add it to what it has created and take over in moving the tech in its portfolio and commertialize it themselves. Coretec did a great job in recognizing an interest in C-Space which 3dicon , which no longer exists, which was having a hard time funding the completion of and grab it and move on to finish the development themselves as they commercialize their portfolio of technologies as well right now as we speak . Great move by Coretec which started up about 2 years ago . I know The Coretec Group Inc shareholders are very pleased with the direction Coretec has taken here and hats off to the great moves Coretecs management has been making.The best is yet to come for this new ground floor company that will be very successful !!
