I have been following NS and really like that stock but I have been so busy this month switching to catch divys I have doubled what I usually get for the month. Been lucky have been able to sell after the distribution for a profit as well so have captured over 12 divs this month!

Don't really follow the special divs much but I use Div Detective, Dividend Channel, and now I am with

This has really helped me by listing the 25 stocks that I follow real close with them as my portfolio they send me the announcements of all the divvy dates and news so It has doubled my month of September and October is already shaping up nice.

The three monthlies I am going to focus on and add to are CRF, CLM, and ORC for now.
