I called TA also today and she said same thing, 88 million.

HOWEVER when Sydney(CEO) called me back, I asked him.
He said it traded about 3 times the float today and he figures that was the reason for the unexpected huge spike in PPS

He and others own 97+% and 2.5% respectively of 4.3 Billion fully diluted shares
