I talked with Sydney few hrs ago.

He stated 4.3 billion fully diluted and he and his wife own 97+ %
Employees own 2.5%,

We traded about 3 X the float today. He said it is real, one of the very very few real OTC companies. His assumption is low float of about 15 million was contributing factor to the PPS rise

He said FDA website will take few days to catch up but it is real.
He was going to roll out in Canada first
