No, it’s actually worse.

They never paid the royalties OR the revenue from the coffee after they were ordered to stop selling Marley coffee. They are going back to court to argue the amount of damages from the selling of the coffee, not the royalties.

The royalties was only like $375K or so...

I have actually read through a number of the court papers...
