No. WC created Gallant Brands to house the assets of SOUPQ. WC failed at SOUPQ hostile takeover and SOUPQ (a shell co. now) is winding down.
Gallant Brands is a private company and is not required to do any 8k nor PR.
SOUPQ may continue to trade for years or shares may be cancelled intra-day tomorrow; keep an eye on FINRA daily list if you own shares. Best to you all
