How will they fund this growth?

Now they should cancel the rest of the 20 mil shares they can sell at 10 cents and with expansion news this puppy will fly.

The company has nothing! The balance sheet showed literally ZERO cash.

To fund the expansion, they need money. I suppose they could find a private placement buyer at a discount to the current price who is willing to lock themselves up for six months. These deals are usually 33-50% of the current price, so that would be better if they were able to do it (.34-46). Not sure they would find that buyer.

On the dividend:

1) It's not finalized
2) The discussion is about only suspending it, not eliminating it.

If the company sells 5000 pounds next year (after this period, it will pay $1mm for a $305K investment that Novus Group (Joseph Wade) made.

If they want to make good, they should cancel the Series B Preferred and turn it back into debt or restructure it to just permanently end the $200 per pound fee.

The reality is that they won't eliminate the S-1. Traders/investors should be prepared for continued pressure when the company sells shares at a dime.
