I will agree with you on this my experience is that 3 out of 5 drivers walk from these charges.but this wont stop dept of trans from pulling dot's. that means twiss is done (as Twiss) i'm just saying 3 deaths,80+violations,40+accidents in 2yrs? twiss/Fedx apples and oranges.
