Prediction: Saleen will produce ONE Truck. Call a press conference. Take a bunch of pictures. Issue PR. Go on a dog-and-pony road show. No different than the Electric Tesla, S5 or the White,Yellow and Black Label Mustangs. The S7R was announced and NEVER produced even one unit. The Truck is a publicity stunt that will backfire. In my opinion.

Saleen is NOT capable of tuning enough Trucks (or anything else) in high enough quantities to even pay their bills. Saleen only has approximately 18 employees (according to their last 10Q) and only 3 or 4 are assemblers that bolt parts on to OEM vehicles. Anyone thinking that a Saleen Truck is going to relaunch the company or the boost the stock is a fool. The last Saleen Truck was a financial disaster. They did not sell enough of them to even pay for the tooling cost. The company went BK and was sold off for pennies by their PE ownership group. Every Automotive OEM company on the planet sells Trucks. Saleen's Truck will not be built in any quantity or be sold for any profit. In my opinion.
