The last 10Q through way to many red flags for me. He isn't following through on what he needs to. If she truly cared about shareholder value the audit and uplisting would be completed as with the shareholder structure where he wins wither way (51% ICNB / 49% himself). I don't see him ever changing the share structure as he reaps all the benefits of this arrangement. OH...and he gets $ every case sold from his private business United Spirits. Must be nice.
