VLDI will not survive long with prices this low, since no one will be willing to provide the financing they need to survive and if they do it will be extremely dilutive. Yes, going out of business sale.

BTW a sale of goods or assets at a very low price, typically when the seller is facing bankruptcy is called a fire sale!
