Most importantly, I contacted IR awhile back and asked that they put in writing that Chris Otiko, Mrs. Otiko, nor anyone tied to or employed by VDRM in any way are employed by, tied to, or part of Galaxy Solutions, and they did put in writing that no one tied to the Otikos or VDRM are affiliated with Galaxy.

I didn't want a situation where Otiko is his own customer for PR sake. I reminded IR about the legalities of being a publicly traded company and what putting this in writing would mean, and they did it.

For what it is worth, they would definitely be on the hot seat if they were false in putting that in writing.
