We purchased the assets of Soupman Inc. We have absolutely nothing to do with the shares of the prior company other than the fact that we own a significant stake and will likely suffer a large loss as a result. The shares I believe are part of the BK process and overseen by the US Trustee; though I am not exactly sure the process there.
