First of all, I think everyone believes that Dr Lias is a huge catch, and an excellent addition to the board and will do a great job of expanding Avid sales and ultimately increasing shareholder value....by everyone I am including the Ronin group who feel he is very talented and capable.

I also agree with you that the AGM will be put off long enough for current management to close some kind of a funding deal for either exosomes or Bavi...again everyone including Ronin hopes they can accomplish this.

As for who will be running the company 3 o 4 months from now, well here you can flip a coin because both sides feel they have the votes to win, and I am not about to throw out an opinion here as there are more moves to come from both parties! Now in the end, what often happens is that some kind of agreement is hammered out. I know Ronin wants at least 3 of the current team out, and their plan is to tie Board member compensation directly to the share price....which again we all agree with(I think?).

If the current team proposes more board candidates, Ronin's answer will be to do the same, so lets see what happens. I do know however that Ronin is not selling and in for the long term. They fully acknowledge that they do not at this time have the knowledge to put a value to exosomes and Bavituximab...maybe it is worth much more than they first believed, and maybe it is not worth what we all feel it is/was.

So lets hope we finally get a deal done and we end the year in the $10 to $15 range?....the question is, who will be driving the bus at this juncture as both sides feel they have the votes??

Finally....apparently Worsley is no longer with the company, but need to confirm that.
