PPHM speaks of partnerships, considerable upfront payments, etc and I think they speak of it as hypothetical "should" but have the card already at hand and hence don't raise money via the ATM in the amounts one would think they need to cover the quarterly losses.

IMO opinion RONIN is possible already moving out. Large volume and small losses.

By the way to compare the volume you must x7. 150K is 1Mil+ shares pre-rs.

PPHM announcements that Dr. Lias will be added to the BoD effective immediately is a nomination of a 5th member and hence gave RONIN, who usually has responses to PPHM PR's the same day or worst the day after, a chance to send out his nominations. I figure he'dd be prepared for that.

The more that Ronin WARNED that if any step would be taken to split Avid for PS Targeting R&D without shareholders approval he would react.

So let's give him a few more days but if nothing comes I think Ronin is moving out. If PPHM rely concludes the PS Targeting partnering before the ASM then there is NOTHING in it for him anymore.

I am not saying the ASM will be delayed behind Nov 11th 2017 but it could get a small delay just to give PPHM those extra few days/weeks to close on that.

The above is of course educated speculation which is still speculation but as things look now that is what I think will happen. We will have to see as history shows things can change rapidly.

I also think it is important for RONIN that it is not known if he gets out because that could weight on what he can make of his PPHM shares.
