Personally I don't think any matter would survive, only the digital flat information would, and it would be pressed against the surface of the black hole. After all, a black hole is formed from a collapsing massive star, that's gathered more mass than the very dangerous neutron star /pulsar. It's only black because light can't escape its gravity.
