This is why it is a waste of time dealing with you, there are two cases here one against Dan in the state of NY and one in Canada with Currah vs SRSR and the countersuit. Neither are related as Dan's legal case has nothing to do with SRSR but rather his use of pension funds which he invested in SRSR.

Pure speculation is regarding the legal case in NY as you have no idea what name those shares were put in or even if Keevil provided those shares to the pension fund.

All nothing but noise and diversion from the real issues here, the scamming of shareholders by Currah/Keevil. Providing an inaccurate NI report that led to a CTO and prospering from that pump is going to be the issue here, NOT DAN BYRNES!
