It matters to just about everyone.

Now tell me...what is the formula used to decide if a share has returned value for its use?
How many dollars per share is the legal lower limit of value before a CEO commits a crime?

Correct me if I am wrong but by your standards 99% of CEOS are criminals because they report a "loss per share" in their financials at some point
