Thats a good first step towards being able to transact business in India.

However it is a private company, who owns it ? Has NEAH claimed it ?

It has all of 1500 hundred dollars in assets ( funded ) are those paid up incorporation fees ? it only has 2 directors at this time, other employees ?

Too many unknowns, so really not worth more than when they opened an office in India years ago.

Not enough information for this to be of any consequence.
