lol isnt that how pilots work? S&L havent been shy to teach others how to start a business. They have a whole youtube series on the matter.

I believe that they are trying to to expand their brand, which could have a major impact on how their franchises roll out.

I agree in principle that we should always wait to see how ANY move plays out, but the company is also aware, which is why they started a pilot plan. I think this is a great way to help push the S&L brand to more people. It is possible that one of those people is the future owner of a S&L franchise location.
