Eontec "has and will" continue to pour serious money into R&D via JV (with NPO money) to produce IP.

This is called "seed money"



LQMT "has and will" continue to receive royalty free IP from Eontec via cross licensing agreement to manufacture product to produce Revenue.

This is called "fruit money"


One might ask why would any serous investor pour in NPO money to Eontec.

Answer is simple. Without "seed" there will be no "fruit".

One might assume serious NPO investor will have good "insight" toward "fruit" harvest and they will get their ROI from the "fruit" side.

Just one person pure speculation.
