Last week SIGO went ex-dividend for its $50K dividend, of which $46K goes to insiders. Enjoy the crumbs!
During the weekend, the long-hyped tour that was added because of so much interest took place, allowing six or so people to look at their current grow and apparently a lot of space that they don't yet even rent. That catalyst is now over.
This week, we get the 10-Q that was due 9/14, presumably. I had suggested that they would delay, and they did. This is going to show ZERO REVENUE and an operating loss.
SIGO was a 20-bagger or so, but now there are lots of bagholders. I suspect that the company will be selling shares again at $0.10. This crushed the stock in August and will likely do so again.
