All this insider trading is leading me to believe that eventually they'll just exchange the escrows for WMIH Shares, as part of moving all the WMI Assets from FDIC Safe harbor to WMIH.

But the schemes that KKR seems to be hatching recently (including filing for 'certain' information 'confidential till 2021) is making me apprehensive that they may low-ball offer a few wMIH shares for ALL our Escrows, then take is 'Private' and get rid of retail investors... Then they will get all WMI Assets and share it with thier 'partners in crime, the Hedgies.
