1) ORU test market of 200 stores (16,000 total) was done. Card was well received but price point of $18 per month and $40 activation was too high. They have dropped the price to about $7 (which also drops Nfusz's revenue share). Rory rightfully said said he'd rather get a small piece of a big pie than a big piece of nothing.
2) New CRM being released for real novices that don't know technology. Plug and play in terms of ease of use. KISS (keep it simple stupid for guys like me). This will be a "Category Killer" Rory said. Download your contacts and add your website or phone number into the video and hit send. Receive calls and responses from prospects. Will be released in a 1 or 2 weeks.
3) Disney, ABC, AI executives all looking at applications for our technology. More to follow.
4) Rory said, most companies revenue projections are usually based on the "known" and on past performance. Nfusz has nothing to go on because we are such a young company with no revenues and such a new & disruptive product that has never existed before. Rory said do not invest based on past $16,000,000 2017 revenue projections. He says it's still possible it could happen, but doesn't want anyone basing their investment decision on that. Invest because you see opportunity in us at $.08, $.20, $.50, $.75, $2, $10PPS...etc.
5) In discussions with companies/people in the cannabis industry.
6) Whogobars coming along and set to start on the 29th. We own the rights and there will be 30 shows. Will start in USA and grow internationally. This is simply a launching pad for "proof of concept" that will eventually forever change on demand web broadcast. Multiple avenues from concerts, shows & athletic competitions/events. Opens up a totally new revenue corridor for advertisers and sponsors that has been untapped until now.
7) Very large number of deals in the works that he went over (a lot of very good stuff). They are executing in my mind.
8) Financing will be coming and a large institution is interested. Rory said no more small potato deals that dilute shareholders. They were purposeful and strategic when we did them, but bigger future stuff lies ahead. Long term investors will be happy.
9) Part of the money from above will be used for new IR Firm and National IR/Marketing Campaign. The company is close to selecting a partner. More will follow when time is right.
