No I never bought in with warrants. Just open market. I did invest in 2014 on the ramp up. I believed their 10Ks and 10Qs that said they were about to come to market and had many interests in generator license. They stopped including such exaggerated statements in their SEC submissions last summer. Maybe that had to do with booting Ted, I'm not sure. But I don't think we should put all or even most blame on Ted B. He was not an original founder and I'm sure didn't call the technical shots. It was the technical leads who indicated we would take MG to make in 2014 and it was Hassett who said pumps were coming to market in 2016. Sure Ted exaggerated and mislead, but the current management has shown it is capable of doing that to so who knows.
I have bought more over time but I do not believe now is the time to buy in because of the note that is coming due in the next couple of weeks. Occasionally they pay those off before hand, or renegotiate it to a later day (we won't know either until mid-Nov), but when they don't the price comes crashing down as millions of shares are dumped. Last summer's ride to 0.015 cents was all about dilution due to notes. A note also was paid with shares on the market as part of the tanking from 0.25 cents earlier this year.
I also question whether they are going to give any positive news until the S-1 is submitted because apparently they can't sell to BellRidge to raise capital until that happens. So they are motivated to delay good PR until when they can sell into it getting more $$ for less shares. No I'm not saying they will sit on information that is relevant, I'm saying I think they won't sign contracts and make anything relevant until that happens. I'm hoping we get good news in the next week or two that makes the note a non-issue, but even relevant news doesn't always budge the stock. The 10 orders from Craftsmen did nothing for it. Granted it was a small one time purchase from an insider (the president is not on the board of directories....that never was announced in a PR but was buried in the last quarterly).
