L2 is actually "Market Depth" on your platform.

You might have to petition your brokerage to avail it to you.

There will probably be a cost.

I'm with Schwab. They give it to you for free HOWEVER

for the OTC (or most of it) they display only NBBO (Nat'l Best Bid and Offer) so you see the high BID and low ASK

A .0045 stock will go to .045 a lot easier than a 4.50 stock will go to $45.00
