No,you wouldn't have to do that. He could simply name a new COO in complete charge of operations while saying he will spend his time completing the task of resolving the SEC matter. The pps would skyrocket in my humble opinion. Who knows what lay ahead, the possibilities are, enormous. Have a great day. JMHO
