Judges and juries don't look to kindly at large companies who steal smaller companies IP, inhibiting any opportunity they would have selling it. Cisco flooded the market with UOIP's IP. Keeping in mind there are no alternatives to this that Cisco could have used. The mammoth is almost completely cornered by the hunters. Carter and his lawyers are not far from cutting the throat on this one.
