It's a damn good thing that someone of Kay's caliber, ex- JPMorgan exec no less, is involved. Otherwise, all those infringing could have gotten away with it.
Now, they won't. The law firms representing SFOR are pretty hard to ignore. The market seems to know that the IP is solid, and the technology is more and more prolific.
Just sayin...SFOR.
