That doesn't make sense. If commercial quantities of hydrocarbons have indeed been discovered disseminating it via press release, which contain forward looking statements, holds no legal exposure unless it isn't true. The two scenarios occurring IMO is either they have discovered commercial quantities, and are awaiting a specific date to announce, or they haven't discovered adequate quantities yet, and are buying time to continue drilling in order to analyze more data.
