LOL!!! That's that's not what was said. What you posted was:

Once again, my statement is: Says who? How would anyone know if complaints are followed through until a complaint is filed? Clearly it could not be known that agents never followed any complaint. The SEC cannot disclose the existence or non-existence of an investigation or any information gathered, everyone knows that.
