As I posted before, Steve Saleen's name was on both of the contracts on that deal. Didn't it say fully paid and perpetual (subject to certain royalties)or something like that. Sounds a little contradictory to me, ever here the termonology unconscionable. I will go as far to state, that it would not surprise me if the investors who forked up the $2.5 million got a sweetener, which included some SMI shares as well. Didn't somebody on here post that Steve Saleen was the acting Vice President of SMI. So yes Steve is most likely being compensated with consulting fees and shares of SMI.
